**7-Day Exchange and Return Window:**
- We accept exchange and return requests when you inform us of any issue within seven days of the delivery date.
- In the case of size issues or receiving the wrong product, you can raise an exchange request within seven days of product delivery, including the delivery day itself.
**Exchange Process:**
- We offer hassle-free exchanges for size or product-related issues.
- We can exchange the product for another size or the correct product of equal value at no additional cost. We'll also arrange for a reverse pickup.
- If the value of the new exchange product is higher, you will need to pay the difference online.
- Ensure that the product has the original sticker label attached, is folded properly, and is packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Exchanges will not be processed without these conditions met.
**Refunds:**
- We process refunds solely for genuine cases of defective product delivery.
- In the event of receiving a defective product, please email our customer support at ask@houseofmushrooms.in/website return process. Include your order details, nature of the issue, and photographs of the defective product.
- If a return is accepted in exceptional cases (no delivery issue, correct order delivered), a deduction of Rs 100 will be made from the refund for reverse pickup logistics costs.
- Refunds will be returned to the same bank account by which the payment was made. You will receive the funds back in your account by 2-7 days of refund request being accepted.
**Product Variations:**
- Please note that slight variations in the color or design of the product may occur compared to what is displayed on our website, social media, or ads.
- Returns and refunds are not possible for slight variations in color or design.
**Responsibility and Actions:**
- We are not responsible for refunds if the defect is determined to be due to your actions or omissions.
- To avoid such issues, please do not accept a damaged package during delivery.
**Right to Refuse Returns/Exchanges:**
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our criteria.
**Additional Information:**
- Exchange/Return requests are processed once per order. In exceptional cases, a second exchange may incur an additional charge of Rs 100.
- Products that have been used or washed once cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Cancellations can be made within 6 hours of placing an order. After that, a deduction of Rs 150 will apply for cancellations if the order has not shipped. If the order is shipped and then rejected at delivery, Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund.
- Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable. If COD charges were not applied, a deduction of Rs 99 will be made from the refund.
- We may charge Rs 150/500gms for reverse pickup, which can be paid online or deducted from the refund.
- Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.
- Size-related issues are eligible for free exchanges but not refunds.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of your store, Houseofmushrooms.in. - Our working hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Saturday) and 10 AM to 3 PM (Sunday).
